Viola Lessons
PRIVATE LESSONS
Viola lessons at Anthem Academy give students a strong musical foundation in a creative and supportive environment. Whether starting fresh or continuing with prior experience, lessons are customized to each student’s goals and learning style. Most students use a carefully chosen lesson book that develops skills in a clear, step-by-step way. Teachers also welcome song requests, allowing students to apply their growing technique to music they already enjoy.
Lessons emphasize important skills such as correct posture and instrument setup, bow control, finger placement, intonation, and rhythm. As students advance, they also strengthen music reading and ear training, becoming confident, well-rounded musicians. Our teachers strive to nurture both technical ability and personal expression, helping each student discover their unique voice on the viola and take pride in their musical journey.
Viola lessons are available in English or Spanish.

Ana Caridad Frómeta Borrayo – Violin & Viola Teacher
Ana is an accomplished Cuban violinist and educator with a passion for both performance and teaching. A Gold Diploma graduate from Cuba’s Higher Institute of Art, she has toured internationally with the Havana Quartet and now performs and teaches in Minnesota, inspiring students through her experience, artistry, and joyful approach.
Ana teaches in English & Spanish.
